September 19, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #50 Item Title D-2 Public Hearing on amendments to School Board Policy 6GX-10-2.03, Human Resources - Position Availability (Item submitted by Mrs. Kerekes) Issue/Rationale Board Policy requires that no allocation be approved unless supported by a job description and that job descriptions be submitted to the School Board for final approval.  At present, there is no set timetable for review or updating of job descriptions.  Approval of the amendment to this policy will require that job descriptions be reviewed by appropriate staff, Human Resources, and the School Board on a regular and timely basis and updated if necessary.
