Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This change order is for isolation actuator valves on chillers (see attached).   Contractor:  R. B. Gay Construction Company, Inc.; Engineer:  Haddad Engineering, Inc.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $3,723.00.  The substantial completion date is July 22, 2013.  Engineer fees will increase by $223.38 as a result of this Change Order.
