Out of state travel is needed for Kathryn Lawrence, SEDNET Project Manager, to attend a conference: Rethinking Mental Health Care for Children and Adolescents: Evidence-Based and Experience-Based Alternatives to the Medical Model Conference, which is being held in Burlington, North Carolina, November 1-3, 2013.   This conference features the leading trauma specialists in the country and will provide valuable information to improve the outcomes of the 500+ students served by the SEDNET Project who suffer from serious and complex childhood trauma.  This information is not available elsewhere and is a requirement of the SEDENT grant.
