C-35 Substantial and Final Completion of Keystone Heights High School Fire Alarm Replacement

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes.  These dates are determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Substantial Completion was achieved on August 2, 2012 and Final Completion was achieved on August 16, 2012. 



Recommended Action

Approve Substantial and Final Completion.
