Issue/Rationale
The Promoting Resilience in Military Children through Effective Programs Conference will raise issues and propose solutions pertaining to the evaluation of programs for military children and provide frameworks for their implementation. The Drug-Free Communities New Grantee Meeting is a mandatory meeting for new grantees.
Recommended Action
Approve Out of State Travel - Washington, DC November 28-December 1, 2012 (Promoting Resilience in Military Children through Effective Programs) and December 2-December 6, 2012 (Drug-Free Communities New Grantee Meeting) as submitted.
Financial Impact
Promoting Resilience in Military Children through Effective Programs Conference - $1,500.00 paid by the DoDEA Grant.
Drug-Free Communities New Grantee Meeting will be paid for by the new Drug-Free Communities Grant through the Clay Action Coalition.
