C-14 SEDNET LSF Amendment 1 7/2012
Issue/Rationale
The SEDNET Grant serves Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties. Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) will provide funding for parent and professional training, data collection, coordination, etc. for the Family Service Planning Team/Child and Family Staffing Team.
The contract amendment provides extra services to emotional/behavioral disabled children and children at risk of serious emotional/behavioral problems.
Recommended Action
Approve LSF Amendment as submitted.
Financial Impact
Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF) will provide additional state funds to the SEDNET project. There is no cost to the School District of Clay County.
