Long Term Lease of Property at Thunderbolt Elementary School to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners

Issue/Rationale

The County Manager has requested the School Board allow the Board of County Commissioners to develop the unused portion of the Thunderbolt Elementary School campus for use as multi-purpose athletic fields.

Recommended Action

Approval of the lease.

No cost to the District.
