For BID / RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

 a.  Construction Materials – Sheds Bid #13-CTE-05, Contract Period is September 21, 2012 through November 16, 2012 – Bid established for the purchase and delivery of materials for construction of five sheds by the Career and Technical Education Programs.  Five (5) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load, two (2) bids received.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.   

b.  Diploma and Cover Bid #13-SCH-88, Contract Period is September 21, 2012 through September 17, 2015 – Bid established for the purchase and delivery of Diplomas and Covers to School sites county-wide.  Six (6) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load, two (2) bids received.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications.   

c.  Telecommunication Infrastructure Installation County-Wide Bid #13-MI-84, Contract Period is September 21, 2012 through September 17, 2015 – Bid established to purchase service for cabling installation at a firm fixed hourly rate for one lead technician and/or one qualified technician/helper.  Due to the heavy use of services under this contract during certain periods, this bid specified that the three (3) lowest bidders be awarded.  Eighteen (18) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load, two (2) bids received, two (2) no bids and one (1) bid from non-prequalified Contractor.  The vendors awarded are the lowest most qualified responsive bidders meeting specifications.
