C-31 Substantial and Final Completion of Charles E. Bennett Elementary School Re-Pipe Kitchen Water and Sewer

Issue/Rationale

Establish a Substantial & Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. These dates are determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  Substantial Completion was achieved on August 7, 2012 and Final Completion was achieved on August 22, 2012.

Approve Substantial and Final Completion
