To provide funding for Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc./Lighthouse Learning Center on a classroom unit level.  This will cover shortages and allow us to make decisions when additional classes are needed.  The guideline for Clay class size in the Admissions and Placement Manual will now apply to Lighthouse Learning Center.

This new analysis will allow us to continue PreK profound and severe services at Lighthouse Learning Center and thus help prevent crowding in current district classrooms and cover the increased cost of therapies.
