September 6, 2012 Special Meeting Agenda Item #7 Item Title Adopt the 2012-13 Discretionary Operating Mill Levy Issue/Rationale In addition RLE, districts may choose to levy an additional non-voted property tax.  The Legislature establishes the maximum millage that each district my levy. Recommended Action Motion to adopt discretionary mill levy of 0.748 which is (3.29) less than the rolled-back rate. Financial Impact This levy will generate $6,458,861 to Fund 100.
