Attached is the negotiated Amendment to the Agreement for Educational Staffing for time management provided through Kelly Services.  Clay County has a current contract with Kelly Services.  This amendment details modifications regarding Time, Billing and Automated Scheduling Terms.  

Currently, substitutes manually log in each work day to record their time.  This modification will streamline time keeping, billing and processing.  Some benefits to the modification include:

• Added feature, "Substitute Report Time"
• Payroll secretaries will not have to manually approve time entered.  Accuracy of reported work time will be improved
• New reports to validate accuracy of confirmations, substitute name, and start and end times
• Ability to review and approve time daily
• Lunch Breaks for substitutes will be automated
• Improved transparency and accuracy for billing and payroll between CCDS and Kelly Services

The Continuing Agreement was Board approved August 2, 2018, and has been used successfully to provide quality substitutes to the district.

Upon approval by the Board, we expect Kelly Services to continue providing quality substitutes for Clay County District Schools.

The district ensures fiscal responsibility and equitable distribution of resources.
