C31 - Change Order #9 for Lakeside Elementary School Kitchen/Cafeteria Renovation
Description

Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  This change order is for one hundred and twenty-one (121) days to be added to the contract due to material delays.
