Description Award bids as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy a. Paint Bid #18-MA-312: Contract Period is April 6, 2018 through March 31, 2021. Bid established for the purchase and delivery of paint used throughout the county by the Maintenance Department. Ten (10) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, three (3) bids were received and one (1) no bid. The vendor awarded is the lowest, most responsive, qualified bidder meeting specifications. b. Fire Sprinkler Systems Services - County Wide Bid #18-MA-313: Contract Period is April 6, 2018 through March 31, 2021. Bid established for the purchase of on-site services for the inspection, testing, repair and replacement of fire sprinkler systems at designated schools. Twenty (20) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, two (2) bids were received. The vendor awarded is the lowest, most responsive qualified bidder meeting specifications.

Gap Analysis The District requires contractors and vendors to provide services to ensure our facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. | ||
Previous Outcomes Prior Board approved Bids will be expiring soon and they have been used successfully during the past terms to provide quality services to the district. | ||
Expected Outcomes Upon approval by the Board, we expect the contractors and vendors to provide quality services at the terms and conditions listed in the Bids. | ||
