C26 - Guaranteed Maximum Price of Fleming Island High School AICE Testing Facility
In accordance with the School Board’s contract with Thomas May Construction Company for Construction Management At-Risk Services for Fleming Island High School AICE Testing Facility, Thomas May Construction presents to the School Board the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). This GMP includes construction of the AICE Testing Facility and storm water repair .
The Agreement the School Board has with the Construction Manager (CM) At-Risk, Thomas May Construction Company, dated November 2, 2017, is being amended to establish a separate GMP for construction.
The CM At-Risk is able to proceed with final construction for an on time completion.
The CM At-Risk will proceed immediately with construction translating to an on time completion.

Approve Fleming Island High School AICE Testing Facility Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

The GMP for the project is $1,082,636.00. This is a school initiated project funded by FIHS through the AICE Program.
