Description All student/employee calendars require School Board approval to establish school/work schedules for students and employees. | ||
Gap Analysis Based on the 2017-2018 employee calendar, the 11 month employees will end the contractual day on June 20 in which they would have been working two 10 hour days on June 18 and 19 and coming in for 3.75 on the 20th. The request was made by Payroll and Human Resources to adjust the last three days to be 7.5 hour work days. | ||
Previous Outcomes The four day work week begins on Monday, June 4. Starting the week of June 18 the 11 month employee was working two 10 hour days with the last day coming in for 3.75 hours to complete their contractual agreement. | ||
Expected Outcomes Approve the minor change to the Employee Work calendar to correct the 11 month personnel to have a 7.5 hour work day for the last three days before summer break. | ||
