The Board, at its March 2, 2017,  meeting authorized the Superintendent to engage David D'Agata in a contract to become the Clay County School Board Attorney.  The attached document is the result of that engagement.

Prior to this contract the district had a part-time school board attorney available to the School Board members, school administrative staff, and district administrative staff.

With the engagement of Mr. D'Agata, the School Board members, school administrative staff, and district administrative staff will have access to an attorney full time.
