C12 - Clay Behavioral Health Center Agreement 2016-17.
This contract continues counseling services required for students with significant behavioral disabilities. Services are provided by employees of Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc., on school campuses.
Counseling is a mandated service specified in a student’s Individual Education Plan.
Continue contracting with Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc.
Terry D. Roth, Director, Exceptional Student Education, and Student Services
Using a contractor is the most cost efficient way to provide these services. Cost for services is approximately $49,707.00.
