Continue the established Memorandum of Understanding between The School Board of Clay County and Episcopal Children’s Services Head Start/Early Head Start to serve eligible preschool children required by federal and state laws. This includes consultation services to Head Start students with disabilities.

The district will earn FTE for the services provided. Existing personnel will serve the Head Start sites to provide services. Head Start will provide round-trip transportation to schools for therapy services, as needed.
