C29 - Additive Change Order #2 for Keystone Heights Elementary School Window Replacement Buildings 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8
Description

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for fifteen (15) days to be added to the contract due to windows being backordered (see attached). 

Recommendation

Approve the change order.

Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will not increase the contract amount. The Substantial Completion date will now be August 20, 2016. Final Completion date is September 19, 2016. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order.
