C37 - Additive Change Order #2 for OakLeaf Junior High School Locker Room Renovation
Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for additional owner requested items (see attached).
Approve the Change Order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $3,106.00. The Substantial Completion date is August 12, 2016. Final Completion date is September 11, 2016. Architect fees will increase by $935.16 as a result of this change order.
