C11 - Project Priority List (P.P.L.) to Identify Eligible Projects for C.O. & D.S. Expenditures
The P.P.L. reflects projects that will be utilizing C.O. & D.S. funding. Without their listing on the P.P.L., they are not eligible for expenditure.
C.O. & D.S. funds are proceeds from tax on motor vehicle licenses. Projects utilizing these funds must be recommended in the Education Plant Survey and listed on the Project Priority List (P.P.L.).
C.O. & D.S. funds were expended on 2017/18 Educational Facilities Plan.
Expend C.O. & D.S. funds the schools as shown on the attached list.
Ensure effective management of the organization, operations and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient and effective learning environment for Clay County Students.
Approve the P.P.L.
