Authorize the Superintendent and School Board Attorney to enter into an agreement with other school districts throughout the State of Florida to challenge the constitutionality of HB 7069.
 

School districts across the state, through their General Counsels, are working together to bring forth a legal challenge to HB 7069. This proposal will allow our Superintendent and Board Attorney to engage stakeholders moving forward. This proposal does not authorize any direct financial expenditure. The School Board will be asked to authorize any expenditure, if necessary, once a filing is prepared.
