Title C24 - Change Order #2 for Ridgeview Elementary School Roof Repair/Replacement Buildings 1, 2, & 3 – Shingles and Kitchen/Cafeteria Renovations | ||
Description Change orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order is needed to address unforseen conditions encountered during the project. Replace the ceiling in room 206, replace the dishwasher exhaust fan with corrosion-resistant model, replace cafeteria ceiling tiles with increased sound attenuating tiles, and replace fifty-three (53) sheets of roof decking. | ||

Financial Impact This Change Order will increase the contract sum amount by $26,282.02. Architect fees, contracted at 5%, will increase by $1,314.10 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
