Title C28 - Change Order #2 for Wilkinson Elementary School Kitchen/Cafeteria Renovations (Freezer/Cooler Replacement/Ceilings) | ||
Description Change orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This Change Order is needed to address unforseen conditions during the project. Repair unforeseen damaged CMU (block) corner with formed/poured concrete and replace unforeseen damaged cooler/freezer panels (all panels). | ||

Financial Impact This Change Order will increase the contract sum by $28,909.00. Architect fees, contracted at 5% will be increase by $1,445.45 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
