Description The process to appoint a Construction Manager At-Risk is in accordance with the State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), Florida Statutes and Board Policy. | ||
Gap Analysis With Construction Manager At-Risk, the district benefits by having the contractor available during the design process to validate cost estimates and value engineer design details, which in turn streamline the construction schedule. | ||

Financial Impact The architect's estimated construction cost is $24,247,775.00. The fee for Construction Manager At-Risk (.25% preconstruction based on estimate: 4.5% construction services) will be based upon the GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) or final cost for Elementary School "R". | ||
