| Description Per easement project number, D0016490 and land description as set forth in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". Peoples Gas System is seeking approval for a Perpetual Easement to install, operate, maintain, and have access to the gas distribution system to operate the HVAC system at Orange Park High School. | ||
| Gap Analysis Approval of the Perpetual Easement will allow Peoples Gas System to provide service to Orange Park High School's HVAC system. | ||
| Previous Outcomes The Board has approved previous Perpetual Easements. | ||
| Expected Outcomes Based on previous decisions, approving the Perpetual Easement is expected. | ||
