| Title C14 - Board Approval to Apply for Safe Schools Canine Grant | ||
| Description The District Office of Safety & Security seeks Board approval to apply for the Safe Schools Canine Grant. This approval is a mandatory prerequisite for the grant application process. The purpose of this grant application is to secure funding from the General Revenue Fund, State of Florida, to implement a Safe School K-9 program. The Funding will support the deployment of a Canine team trained for firearm detection and to provide emotional support within schools. The Clay County Sheriff's Office will serve as the designated law enforcement partner for this initiative. | ||
