As set forth in the Agreement and exhibits “A, B and C”, CCUA is seeking approval of the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement to construct, own, maintain, and operate the potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater facilities required for the construction and operation of Discovery Oaks Elementary School (School “Y”).

Approve the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement:  All on-site water and wastewater lines laterals mains, and appurtenant facilities will be installed for the purpose of providing potable water, reclaimed (irrigation) water and wastewater service to Discovery Oaks Elementary School (School “Y”).

Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous Developer Agreements and requests for Grants of Easement.

Approval of the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement is required for the construction and operation of Discovery Oaks Elementary School (School “Y”).
