C23 - Additive Change Order #3 (Days Only) for Doctors Inlet Fire Alarm Replacement

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  This Change Order is required to add days to the contract due to supression system failure during a lighting strike on August 18, 2017.  New fire alarm components had to be repaired and/or replaced campus wide.
