Each phase or a combination of phases is submitted to the School Board for review and approval. The plans have received staff review and are complete to Schematic/Preliminary/Final (Phase I, II, and III) stage. The project will replace “end of life shingles” on all of Ridgeview Elementary School's shingled roofs and repair water intrusion on the fascia and soffits. The damaged kitchen and existing cafeteria ceilings will be replaced with a new drop ceiling, new A/C grilles, and LED lighting.

Ridgeview Elementary School’s roof needs to be repaired/replaced to stop water intrusion and to repair damaged ceilings in the Kitchen and Cafeteria.

The school administration/departments have had the opportunity to express needs during plan review in order to design a project that will meet user's expectations.

Schematic, Preliminary, and Final Plan review allows for participation from a variety of departments to ensure any program changes are incorporated into the design.

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students.
