To establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, as required by State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) and Florida Statutes.  This project has reached its Substantial Completion date of January 29, 2017 and its Final Completion date of February 29, 2017 as established by the contract.
