  • C2 Proclamation 19-11 Clay County Fair - no discussion;
  • C3 Employee Calendar for 2019-2020 - approved in May 2018; to correct an error on work days for Elementary ISS Assistant;  
  • C4 Personnel Consent Agenda - includes job descriptions for police force;
  • C5 2018-2019 Salary Schedule revisions - updated to coincide with recent additions/changes; 
  • C6 Proclamation 19-09 Teacher Appreciation - no discussion;
  • C7 Proclamation 10-10 Administrative Professionals - Mrs. Kerekes mentioned recognizing nurses and other support employees.  Mr. Davis will look into this;

CLOSING COMMENTS:

Dr. Legutko made additional comments about C17.  On June 5, 2020, 10-month employees will receive three paychecks, another paycheck on June 15th, and then their final summer paycheck on June 30th.

Board Member Janice Kerekes commented on a Resolution adopted by Martin County in response to the Governor's Executive Order pertaining to the elimination of Common Core, and how the Order might affect the required 5-year adoption of instructional materials.  Superintendent Davis will look into how this mandate might affect Clay County's instructional materials adoptions.
