This is an Attorney-Client session for the purpose of discussion of strategy regarding litigation expenditures and settlement negotiations, called pursuant to  Florida Statute 286.011(8).  This session is closed to the public and to anyone not expressly authorized to attend F.S.286.011(8).  The Board members and their Attorney will discuss litigation strategy with regard to expenditures and settlement negotiations in two separate mattersl.  1. Twyla Cotton vs. The School Board of Clay County, Florida.  2. Kimberly Wiggins vs. The School Board of Clay County, Florida.  In attendance will be:

This session will be recorded by a court reporter.  It is expected that the session will last approximately 20 minutes after which the regular Board meeting will be reopened.  THIS IS AN ACTION ITEM.
