The Vystar office building, located at 2310 Village Square Parkway, Fleming Island, Fl. Is currently for sale. The asking price is $13- $14 million dollars. Other entities are currently interested in purchasing the property. If the School Board wants to explore the possibility of purchasing said property discussion is necessary and direction to staff and legal counsel is needed to proceed with option contracts, finance discussions and other matters.
