| Financial Impact The cost to the district will be $6,369,648.00 over 20 years. The cost represents 20% of the total cost. USAC (Schools and Libraries) pays for 80% of the contract. Previous years USAC only paid 60% for Clay County. The total value of the contract is $31,848,240 over 20 years. | ||
