Description Plaintiffs filed a complaint against the School Board of Clay County in the above-referenced action in 2017 (“Action”). The Action arose from a 2013 automobile accident involving a School District vehicle and a private vehicle operated by Plaintiff Lisa Pirbazari. Plaintiff Sarah Pirbazari was a passenger (“Accident”). The Accident allegedly resulted in back, neck, and other injuries to both Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs seeks monetary damages for pain, suffering, medical expenses, attorney’s fees, and costs. The case can be settled for $60,000, which is substantially less than the anticipated cost of defense through trial.
