Title C26 - Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) Agreement for Spring Park Elementary School | ||
Description As set forth in the Agreement and exhibits “A, B and C”, CCUA is seeking approval of the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement to construct, own, maintain, and operate the potable water, reclaimed water, and wastewater facilities required for the construction and operation of Spring Park Elementary School. | ||
Gap Analysis Approve the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement: All on-site water and wastewater lines, laterals, mains, and appurtenant facilities will be installed for the purpose of providing potable water, reclaimed (irrigation) water and wastewater service to Spring Park Elementary School. | ||
Previous Outcomes Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous Developer Agreements and requests for Grants of Easement. | ||
Expected Outcomes Approval of the Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement is required for the construction and operation of Spring Park Elementary School. | ||
Strategic Plan Goal Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students. | ||
Recommendation Approve the CCUA Developer Agreement and Grant of Easement request for Spring Park Elementary School. | ||
