The St. Vincent’s Health System, Inc. and the School board of Clay County, Florida entered into an Educational Affiliation Agreement on August 27, 2014, which Agreement provided that Clay School District high school students who were enrolled in approved health science programs could participate in their clinical learning experience at one of the St. Vincent’s facilities. The program did not include Adult and Continuing Education (ACE) students and did not include clinical programs for phlebotomy or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students. This contract addendum updates the Affiliation Agreement to include ACE students who are enrolled in approved health science programs for which clinical programs already exist and also adds the clinical programs for phlebotomy and CNA students at both the high school and ACE level.

Changes in the programs offered by both the high school and ACE health science programs necessitate amendment to the existing Affiliation Agreement to include ACE students and both the CNA and Phlebotomy programs as part of the clinical offerings with St. Vincent’s Health System, Inc.
