This project is listed in the 2019/2020 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The project was competitively bid and was advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks with the Clay Today.  The bid opening was held November 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.  The project had Two (2) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to Charles Perry Partners, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications in the base bid amount of $938,700.00.
