Title C19 - Change Order #2 (Days Only) for Doctors Inlet Elementary School Security Lighting Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for forty-five (45) days to be added to the contract due to increased procurement times for backordered materials needed for the project. | ||

Financial Impact If approved, this change order will not increase the contract amount. The substantial completion date will now be February 24, 2025. Final completion date is March 26, 2025. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order. | ||
