Minutes:

The purpose of this meeting was strictly a training session on the new electronic AgendaPlus software.  The meeting was facilitated by Mark Vickers, Product Director for AgendaPlus.  The attached "mock" agenda was used to practice viewing the items, exploring the options available in the software, and practicing initiating motions and casting votes.  

 

Due to a prior commitment, Mrs. Studdard excused herself from the meeting at approximately 6:05 p.m.
