C4 - Agreement Between School Board of Clay County and DES of Florida, LLC for Conversion, Data Migration and Programming Services
The contract between Information and Technology Services and DES provides programming, analyst and data migration services. These services will be utilized during the conversion to a new Enterprise Resource Planning System, as well as ensuring the stability of our legacy HR/Finance/Payroll system (TERMS). The contract is with the architect of the existing system who has exclusive knowledge necessary for the conversion.
