  • Group B:  Award to Johnson Controls Inc. They are the next lowest bidder.

  • Group C:  Johnson Controls Inc.

  • Group D:  Thermaserve Inc.

  • Thermaserve Inc.

  • W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractor Inc.

  • Remove award from Brooks Air System Inc.  They chose to opt-out of the renewal option.
