C46 - Additive Change Order #2 for Orange Park High School Smoke Corridor Building 1, Phase II
Description

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The additive changes are for unforeseen changes associated with renovation (see attached).

Recommendation

Approve the Change Order.

Financial Impact
If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $22,564.52.  The Substantial Completion date is August 9, 2016.  Final Completion date is September 8, 2016.  Architect fees will increase by $1,353.88 as a result of this change order.
