Title C46 - Additive Change Order #2 for Orange Park High School Smoke Corridor Building 1, Phase II | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. The additive changes are for unforeseen changes associated with renovation (see attached). | ||

Financial Impact If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $22,564.52. The Substantial Completion date is August 9, 2016. Final Completion date is September 8, 2016. Architect fees will increase by $1,353.88 as a result of this change order. | ||
