Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Building Minds for a science, technology, engineering, architecture, mathematics, ASL, sewing, art/drawing, tutoring, physical fitness and crafts after school enrichment program to be offered in any Clay County elementary school at the discretion of the school principal or designee.
