Prior to review of the agenda, Mrs. Kerekes questioned the procedures for the upcoming Special Meeting and potential number of public speakers.  The legal advertisement for this meeting limited, due to the current health crisis and size restrictions on gatherings, the number of public participants to 35.  If additional members of the public wish to speak, they will be permitted to fill out a speaker card and we will allow them speaking time as others leave.
