The items listed have been surveyed by the Coordinator of Property Control, at the request of the Cost Center Property Manager, and the recommended disposition is noted.  These items are either obsolete, unusable , beyond economical repair or missing from the property inventory.  These items should be removed from active inventory and disposed of in the manner indicated.  Deletions are for property items received in the month of April, 2022 and for the items missing from property inventory for the 2021 - 2022 school year.

Property Records followed State mandate on trackable assets, Chapter 274.05.

Tangible Personal Property shall be controlled and supervised from acquisition through transfer or disposal.  Disposal of property shall be in accordance with Section 274.05, Florida Statutes.  All deletions of items with a value of $1,000.00 or more will be approved by The School Board of Clay County prior to disposition - School Board Policy Section 5.03C.
