Minutes: Interview packets with questions and a suggested rubric were distributed (packet emailed to Mrs. Bolla who is participating virtually). Chair Gilhousen opened the meeting and explained the process to each candidate. The order of proceedings was as follows:
First Candidate: The Douglas Law Firm (Jeremiah Blocker, J.P. Steinmetz, and Carol Simpson) Second Candidate: The Davie Law Firm (William H. Davie II, Jessica Skapetis) Third Candidate: Steven E. Lake, Esq. |

2. Select Candidate for School Board Attorney Position and Direct Superintendent, in Collaboration with Board Chair, to Enter into Employment Contract Negotiations | ||||||||||||||||
Minutes: Following the conclusion of the interviews, board members tallied their scores of each candidate using the rubric supplied and submitted those scores to Mrs. Troutman for an overall tabulation based on scoring. Board members discussed the candidates' attributes and proceeded to motion and vote. |
