| Title C3 - Blackboard OneClay Website, OneClay App, and Callout Services | ||
| Description Blackboard provides hosting, templates, and the structure for the OneClay.net website, all school websites, and the OneClay Mobile app. In addition, we use Blackboard’s Mass Notification Service for phone callouts. This year’s cost is $31,843.52 less than previous years due to services that are being replaced by the new Student Information System, Synergy. | ||
| Gap Analysis This is a continuation of our previous contract with a reduction in services. Approval will ensure the continuation of the OneClay.net website and the other services listed above. This year’s cost is $31,843.52 less than previously due to the Teacher Communication service that is being replaced by the new Student Information System, Synergy. | ||
| Previous Outcomes Clay County District Schools has used Blackboard since 2017 for the services listed above as well as Teacher Communication and Social Media Manager. | ||
| Expected Outcomes Upon approval, Clay County District Schools will continue with all services except for Teacher Communication and Social Media Manager. Teacher Communication is being replaced by Synergy Mail which is included in the cost of Synergy. | ||
